Important Meal Service Information

On August 31st, the USDA granted a waiver allowing districts to continue serving free grab & go meals under the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) through December 31st, 2020. SFSP is the program we have been using to serve meals since we went to all distance learning back in March and has allowed us to provide free breakfasts and lunches to children age 18 and under and all WPS students. This is great news for our Westerly students and families!

Although all WPS students are eligible to receive free meals, families are strongly encouraged to submit a free & reduced meal application, as funding for SFSP is not guaranteed and may end prior to December 31st.
