Talent Acquisition Specialist
Donna joined the Human Resources Department when school resumed in-person learning in 2020. She brings several years of full-cycle recruiting, local and federal law compliance, and organizational experience in both the private and public sector. Donna's primary responsibilities include all things new hires: recruiting and hiring, verifying qualifications and compliance, and employee onboarding. Donna has done extensive work expanding candidate and employee experience and assists in general compliance and relations.

Jeannie is the longest tenured Human Resources department employee and has been with the District since August 2003 where she has worked in various departments before eventually landing her current role within Human Resources. Jeannie's primary responsibilities include required tracking, finalizing onboarding, maintaining records, volunteers, and employee badges. Have questions about Absence Management (formerly Aesop), Professional Growth (EEM and MLP), or teacher certification? She's happy to help! She is also the proud mother of three Westerly High School graduates.
