This Month in P.E we will be very busy learning our routines, and many skills involved in fall sports. The first unit is football. The students will learn how to grip a football to throw a pass. The students will learn and apply proper throwing techniques. The students will also learn the difference between punting and kicking a football! We will finish the unit with a lead up game called touchdown. In the game the students will apply strategy in order to score a touchdown.
