VAASA will be hosting the PROM PROMISE beginning April 2nd. WHAT IS THE PROM PROMISE? WHS STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A PROMISE TO STAY SOBER ON PROM NIGHT~ PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ENTERED INTO A RAFFLE TO WIN PRIZES FOR FLOWERS, NAIL SALONS, HAIR SALONS, RESTAURANTS, ETC.
