The RI Advanced Course Network provides high school students the chance to take a variety of college and career courses at no cost. Courses are offered at Salve Regina, Roger Williams, Providence College, Johnson and Wales, New England Tech and other high schools and training facilities across the state as well as online. Take Courses at CCRI for Free!
The Community College of Rhode Island's satellite campus at Westerly High School allows students to take courses for free. Juniors and Seniors can take two classes a semester. Seniors can enroll full time at CCRI through the Running Start Program. Juniors must apply by March 1 if they are interested. See your guidance counselor for more information.

Get College Ready with over 40 High School and AP* Exam Preparation Courses Covering subject areas ranging from mathematics to science, English and history, the edX high school initiative will provide students around the world who don’t have access to AP exam preparation courses the opportunity to pursue challenging, advanced coursework. These courses will better prepare high school students for college and offer learners of all ages an introduction to new areas of study and disciplines.
