Course Description:
Prerequisite: Algebra I & Geometry
This course expands on the topics of Algebra I and provides further in-depth development of the concepts of a function. This course places an emphasis on theory, a high degree of rigor in problem solving and extensive independent study. Topics include relations, functions, equations and inequalities, polynomials, rational expressions, rational functions, quadratics, an emphasis on graphing, etc.
