Week of 6/18
This is the last week of the quarter! This week you will be submitting your final design to Mr. Mini, the mansion owner. He hopes you have come up with a solution to his dog problem!
-
Week of 6/11
Your team has one more week to modify your programming before submitting your Robot Butler project for grading.
-
Week of 5/21
This week, your team will use gears to provide power or speed to your robot. More power allows it to pull heavy objects slowly. More speed allows it to run at a high rate of travel. Can your team win the tractor pull? What about the races?
-
Week of 5/14
This week, your team will use touch sensors and ultrasonic sensors to detect and avoid obstacles. Watch out for fragile items!
-
Week of 5/7
This week, your team will perform some activities that teach you how to use a sound sensor and a light sensor. Clap On, Clap Off!
-
Week of 4/16
This week we will be teaming up into groups of 2. You will be issued your kits and begin using your "taskbot" to perform different activities while exploring the use of sensors.
